How We Got Here
It wasn't always this polished, trust me. Started small, made mistakes, learned a ton, and here we are.
2012 - The Beginning
Started in a cramped garage bay with just me and a buddy who knew his way around a BMW better than anyone I'd met. We had more ambition than square footage, that's for sure.
2015 - Expansion & Specialization
Moved to Marine Drive and doubled our bay space. By then, word got around that we actually knew what we were doing with European vehicles - Audis, Mercs, Porsches, the whole lineup. Got our first proper diagnostic equipment too.
2018 - Building the Team
Brought on three more techs who actually gave a damn about doing things right. Not just parts-swappers - real diagnosticians who could trace an electrical gremlin through a wiring harness without losing their minds.
2021 - Performance Tuning
Started getting requests for ECU tuning and performance mods. Invested in the right software and training because half-assing a tune is how you turn a customer's pride and joy into an expensive paperweight.
2025 - Today
We're pretty much the go-to spot in North Van for European vehicles. Still learning something new every week though - these modern cars don't make it easy on us, but that's what keeps it interesting.

Marcus Chen
Lead Diagnostic Technician
Been with us since 2014. If there's a weird electrical issue making your dash light up like Christmas, Marcus is your guy. ASE Master Certified, Bosch certified for European diagnostics.
Sarah Kowalski
Performance Tuning Specialist
Joined us in 2019 after working at a racing shop in Germany for 3 years. She handles all our ECU tuning and knows more about forced induction than anyone I've met. Don't let the smile fool you - she's ruthless about testing.
Roberto Dominguez
Transmission & Drivetrain Specialist
Rob's been rebuilding transmissions longer than some of our customers have been driving. Started as an apprentice back in 2008, now he's the guy other shops call when they're stumped. ZF and Getrag certified.
Alex Thompson
Junior Technician
Fresh out of tech school but sharp as hell. Alex handles a lot of our preventive maintenance work and is learning diagnostic work under Marcus. Already knows more about modern CAN bus systems than I ever will.
